Hops Class
We have had a fantastic first few days back. We have been looking at the book, The Boy, The Mole, The Fox and The Horse and thinking about the messages it contains. We have created some positivity maps about ourselves and some symmetrical drawings.

WOW Well done Everybody, we have made it through the year. It's the final day of the academic year 2019-2020. It's been a bit of an unusual school year but we survived and all deserve a big pat on the back. I have enjoyed being your teacher this year and have really missed seeing you everyday.
Year Fives I look forward to being your teacher again in September, we will have an amazing year. You have been amazing this year and have all coped brilliantly with the lockdown and home learning.
Year Sixes it's your last day at Milton! How the year has flown. You are all wonderful individuals and I wish you all the best for your next adventure. Keep smiling and being the very best you can be. I will miss each and everyone of you. Thank you for being an amazing first class at Milton. I look forward to seeing you at our leavers party - don't forget shirts to sign (you don't need to wear uniform).
Thank you also to all your parents and carers, who have provided outstanding support to you all this year, both through your time in school and teaching you at home. Well done - enjoy the break as much as the children. You too are all wonderful.
With very best wishes and big hugs (socially distanced)

Good Morning Everyone. I hope you all had a nice weekend. We are learning about British Values for our theme this week. The fundamental British Values are democracy, rule of law, individual liberty and mutual respect and tolerance of those with different faiths and beliefs. Good Morning Hops Class, another bright and sunny day. I hope you are enjoying finding out about the 1970s. We found a space hopper at school yesterday, a very popular 1970s toy, it provided much hilarity in the afternoon, especially as quite a few people spent more time on the floor than on the hopper. So today's daily challenge is to have a bounce. It could be on a space hopper, trampoline or pogo stick. Have some fund outside.

Good Morning Hops Class, looks like the sunny weather may not be with us today. However, I don't mind it being a bit cooler because yesterday was a bit too warm for me. Today is world running day and world bicycle day so if the weather is fine go outside for a run or bike ride or if you have an exercise bike or treadmill have a go on that. Alternatively, design a new outfit to wear while on a run or bike ride.
